The grapes come from the historic Brunate vineyard in La Mora, on the south side towards Barolo, with about 4,600 plants per hectare on a surface of about 1 hectare. The vines have an average age of around 51 years. Calcareous-clayey soil. Aging lasts a total of 32 months between barriques and large oak barrels. It is bottled without filtration. Classic, ripe red fruits, long finish, rich and very elegant. Spices, violets, plums, intense tar typical of the Brunate cru. It pairs beautifully with red meat, roast, game.
