A great wine that has nothing to envy to the noble relatives from the north. The hand-picked grapes are pressed within two hours. Bottle aging: minimum 4-6 months. This selection has an intense ruby red color with violet hues, a rich bouquet of licorice and small black fruits, and an intense, savory, and full-bodied flavor. It pairs excellently with meat-based dishes. A great wine for roasts.
