Carefree and playful, we seek freshness and lightness right from vineyard management to produce Favorita in a perfect picnic style. Pale straw yellow with green reflections, slightly effervescent, and featuring pronounced primary aromas enhanced by the contained carbon dioxide. Prominent notes of wildflowers, wild herbs, green apple, and pear stand out. Over time, especially after the first six months, it develops tertiary aromas typical of aging on the lees, with hints of light bakery.
On the palate, it is mineral and well-balanced, offering great freshness and exceptional drinkability. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with cold appetizers, raw dishes, and seasonal fruits.
