“ITAN” takes its name from “Itinerario Antoniniano”, an ancient road on the Alghero coast.
Harvest: Selected grape clusters
Vinification: Cold – maceration followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature for 15 days
Visual exam: Straw yellow with characteristic green highlights
Olfactory examination: Elegant, with notes of white flowers and white pulp fruit
Gustatory examination : Balanced taste, well structured and smooth. Pleasant hint of bitter almond in the finish
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, with fish and white meats
