This wine is the result of a careful vinification of 100% Greco grapes.
After fermentation, the must rests on the lees for about 6 months to give the wine complexity and structure.
Straw yellow color with golden reflections, the nose is intense, with hints of thyme, fennel and flint. The mineral note is decisive with a predominant acid shoulder.
It pairs perfectly with fatty dishes, ideal with seafood and grilled fish and soups, legumes and cheeses.
Also excellent on white meats.
