Every autumn, the grape pomace of our precious grapes is used to produce an exceptional selection of spirits. The “Zeno” Pinot Noir and Gewürztraminer grappas from the “Graf” line are noble spirits of the highest quality, crafted according to the local artisanal tradition for generations. Thanks to slow distillation in copper stills, we obtain unique grappas with a distinctive and unmistakable aromatic and intense character.
