The marc of our precious grapes is used every autumn to produce an extraordinary selection of spirits. The “Zeno” Pinot Noir and Gewürztraminer (Traminer aromatico) grappas from the Graf range are fine vintages of the highest quality, produced for generations using traditional local craftsmanship. The slow distillation in copper stills produces unique grappas with a typical and unmistakeably aromatic and intense character.
