From Sangiovese grapes. It has matured for about 18 months in barrique. The most snubbed vintage of the end of the last century is the one that is now giving the biggest positive surprises. Also in this case the color is light, but the tone is bright and we like garnet reflections. Perfumes not very clear, almost dusted with face powder. Over time, hints of small black fruits, currants and blueberries appear, along with floral notes of gentian and lavender. In the mouth the wine is aggressive, lively and roaring. The rough tannin makes itself felt, the body is well balanced and has an excellent flavor. It glides on the palate like velvet and leaves traces of its presence long even after tasting.
