This extraordinary wine is born from the noble Falanghina vine.
The harvest takes place at the end of September, and after a soft pressing of the grapes, the must ferments at a controlled temperature in steel tanks.
Straw yellow colour, fine and fruity bouquet, dry, pleasant and slightly acidic flavor.
It pairs well with white meats, mussels and fish soups.
