Mancini Durum Wheat Bucatini
The Mancini agricultural pasta factory is located among the hills of the Marche region, a land known for the cultivation of durum wheat. The pasta is made with durum wheat grown directly by the company. The only ingredients used are semolina and water.

Traditional Amatrice Guanciale IGP with Chili by Salumi Berardi
Guanciale was originally, along with pecorino, the only condiment for pasta, which, with the addition of tomato and seasonings, became famous as “amatriciana.” The processing takes at least three months and involves salting, peppering, further salting, and aging. When cut, the guanciale is very compact, with a white color for the fat part and a bright red color for the lean part. The flavor is intense and slightly spicy, with a noticeable smoky taste.

San Marzano Tomato from the Sarnese-Nocerino Area DOP by Gustarosso
This is a Slow Food Presidia product. The very fertile land around Naples, especially in the Sarnese-Nocerino area, was mainly cultivated with San Marzano tomatoes up until 20 years ago. This delicate tomato, with its thin skin, retains its flavor and aroma even during storage.

Fulvi Pecorino Romano DOP
Born in the Lazio region, its name is recognized worldwide, earning it the DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) label. The milk used is entirely from sheep grazing in Lazio, and the cheese is aged for 12 to 24 months. Tradition and innovation, with consistent quality, are values carried throughout the production chain, from milk collection to the finished product.

Montepulciano d’Abruzzo “Primamadre” DOC 2017 by Azienda Agricola La Quercia
This is a great wine, which has nothing to envy from its noble northern counterparts. The grapes are hand-harvested and crushed within two hours. Aging in the bottle lasts at least 4-6 months. This selection has an intense ruby red color with violet hues, a rich bouquet of licorice and small black fruits, and an intense, savory, and full-bodied flavor.
