The Clivi vineyards consist of very old vines, most of which are between 40 and 60 years old.

- Montebore cheese made from raw milk, a Slow Food Presidium from the Piemontese Terre di Giarolo dairy: an ancient cheese, one of the rarest in the world, with origins lost in the centuries. It takes its name from a small village in Val Curone. It is made by mixing raw milk: 70% cow’s milk and the remaining 30% sheep’s milk. The rind is initially smooth and moist, but with aging, it becomes drier and more wrinkled. The color ranges from white to straw yellow. The paste is smooth or slightly holey, with shades of white.
