  • Salame di Cinta Senese Savigni, a typical Tuscan cured meat made from 100% Italian and organic pork, thanks to outdoor farming practices that respect animal welfare, where the pigs live semi-free. The organic Savigni butcher shop is part of the Tuscan Cinta Senese consortium.
  • Reblò cheese made from raw cow’s milk by the Terre di Giarolo dairy in Piedmont, a seasonal product inspired by French cheeses. The aroma is milky and vegetal, with notes of cream, herbs, and melted butter. The taste is harmonious, sweet, and slightly savory.
  • Red cranberry compote that pairs well with the cheese, produced by Sibilla farm located in Norcia, within the Monti Sibillini National Park, and exclusively cultivates organic produce. The company is associated with Slow Food Val Nerina.
  • Spicy Lucanian dried sausage, a specialty of Lucanian butchery traditions, produced by Cafra, organic and sourced only from Lucanian pigs raised semi-free on the farm. The sausages are artisanal, made using traditional methods, and contain no preservatives, additives, or colorings.
  • Mountain Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, aged 30 months, from the Selvapiana di Canossa dairy, recognized as “mountain Parmigiano”: thanks to pastures located over 600 meters above sea level, it produces cheese with unique organoleptic and nutritional characteristics, particularly fragrant and flavorful.
  • Tartufaccia, a green Tuscan sauce with black truffle from ToscBosco, specialized in selecting and selling fresh truffles and producing preserved truffle specialties. Their goal is to value everything that naturally grows spontaneously, preserving the scents, sensations, and flavors that the forest provides.
  • Tuscan wild boar ragù from Boutique Duemila. “The Meat and Game Boutique – Mila” is located in the beautiful hilly area of Cerbaie, in the heart of Tuscany. About 30 years ago, Mila and Fernando began processing and cooking game meat, transforming it into wonderful sauces.
  • Egg tagliatelle from Antico Pastificio Umbro: traditional processing techniques and the use of carefully selected raw materials make the products in this line refined, healthy, and genuine. Additionally, only free-range eggs are used in the egg pasta, respecting nature.
  • Morellino di Scansano DOCG “Dù Galli” 2020 Poggio Trevvalle. It has pleasant aromas of red fruit on the nose. The taste is marked by mature tannins and balsamic notes that combine with flavors and aromas of cherry and blackberry. A wine that pairs well with everything – from a simple meal of bread and cold cuts to a plate of pasta with a rich sauce.
  • Franciacorta DOCG Brut “Metodo Solo Uva” by Azienda Agricola Vezzoli. Made solely from Chardonnay grapes, it has intense aromas and a fine, elegant perlage. The grapes are hand-picked, with the best bunches selected, and come from different vintages (S.A. means non-vintage), allowing the base wines to achieve a perfect balance between sugar and acidity. A harmonious, savory wine with good notes of bread crust.
  • Medagliato gianduia nougat, made with high-quality ingredients carefully selected by Baratti & Milano, representing a classic of the Piedmont tradition, enriched with the rich presence of local hazelnuts.
  • Tuscan crunchy “Brutti ma Buoni” biscuits from Pasticceria Senese Marabissi. Some call them “Ugly but Good”; they are irregularly shaped, a bit unsightly, but very tasty, light, and fragrant, rich in high-quality Italian hazelnuts. For us, these classic traditional cookies have become “crunchy” for their crispiness.
  • Dried figs from Calabria, by Dolci Pensieri di Calabria: a company born to rediscover the true flavors of Cosentine and Calabrian confectionery traditions. The fig from the Cosenza area is a nutritious and energy-rich fruit and is considered one of the best in the world for its fleshiness and sweetness.
