For the pepper variant, we use only Senise IGP “cruschi” peppers, while for the truffle variant, we use only black truffle from Marsicovetere.

Ruby red with violet reflections in its youth, garnet red as it ages. Elegant and floral opening: rose petals blend with wild cherries and fresh field herbs.
