The Squisito Salumeria is a small workshop in Diolo di Soragna where everything the pig can offer is produced. The artisanal processing strictly follows the regulations of the Consortium, and the aging takes place in humid and ventilated cellars, typical of the Parma lowlands, where it develops unmistakable flavors and aromas. Careful salting and a long natural aging process in the cellar give the Fiocco di Prosciutto a sweet and delicate taste.
