Campo Quadro is a vineyard of just over one hectare, with south-east exposure, located at an altitude of 420 meters. Its elegant and structured wine has an intense color, complex and ample aroma that accompanies delicate and even floral secondary aromas, with spices, chocolate, butter: it is a continuous evolution towards a very intriguing olfactory heritage that is only a preamble to pleasant taste. Extremely complex is a wine that already in the first years of life is very affable, despite boasting a remarkable longevity. The Barbaresco docg goes well with second courses but thanks to its delicate aromas it also finds a right link with risotto and savory first courses and with all cheeses. Someone even tries a pairing with chocolate-based desserts.
