Barolo Docg CaroBric 1998 Paolo Scavino

Historic winery in Castiglione Falletto, the “Paolo Scavino” winery was founded in 1921 by Lorenzo Scavino and his son Paolo, now in its fourth generation. Barolo Docg Carobric was born in 1996 as a combination of three historical and complex terroirs. Barolo CAROBRIC’s personality concerns concentration, precision of food, intensity and length. The aromatics are raised with a nice tension and with clarity. As with all our Barolo, we pursue the purest expression of terroir. Therefore vinification and aging are all the same to underline the specific expression of the vineyards.
