“Sorì dei Crava,” an iconic plot of the Crava farmhouse, located precisely at the center of this Sorì—a term in Piedmontese dialect meaning “sun-drenched,” highlighting its sunny exposure—produces the finest Dolcetto from Diano d’Alba.
Intense ruby red with violet hues, typical of Dolcetto and young, fruity red wines. Wild cherry, sour cherry, and small red berries in brandy blend with subtle notes of tea, hay, and almonds.
