  • Salumificio Squisito is a small workshop in Diolo di Soragna where they produce everything a pig can offer. The artisanal production strictly follows the Consortium’s regulations, and the aging takes place in humid and ventilated cellars, typical of the lowland Parma area, where it develops unmistakable flavors and aromas. A careful salting and a long natural aging in the cellar give the Fiocco di Prosciutto a sweet and delicate taste.
  • Soppressata Contadina Lucana with sweet pepper, cured: the specialties of the Lucanian butchery tradition, produced by Cafra, are organic and come only from Lucanian pigs raised semi-free on the farm. These artisanal cured meats, made as they used to be, contain no preservatives, additives, or colorings.
  • Tuscan artisanal pecorino with truffle from Toscobosco, a company specialized in selecting fresh truffles.
  • Fig compote, which accompanies the cheese, is produced by the Sibilla farm located in Norcia, within the Monti Sibillini National Park, and exclusively cultivates organic products. The company is associated with Slow Food Val Nerina.
  • Tuscan Crostino pâté by Boutique Duemila. “La Boutique della Carne e della Selvaggina – Mila” is located in the beautiful hilly area of Cerbaie, in the heart of Tuscany. Mila and Fernando started about 30 years ago processing and cooking game meat, turning it into wonderful sauces, like this pâté.
  • Saffron pistils (for 4 people) produced by Dolci in the mountains of the beautiful Valnerina, in the Umbrian-Marche Apennines.
  • Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC 2021 by Azienda Agricola Giovanni Abrigo: the utmost expression of elegance. A Nebbiolo without compromise, perfectly interpreting the style and soul of their wines. It needs the right time for aging, after which it provides great satisfaction.
  • Pinot Grigio Ramato DOC Collio 2022 by Azienda Vitivinicola Draga. The wine is slightly coppery, a natural color obtained through brief maceration on the skins, with flavors of seasoned fruit, dried figs, and a fine, very harmonious mineral note. Perfect with appetizers, ideal for grilled fish dishes, white meats, risottos, grilled vegetables, and cheeses.
  • Champagne Brut Premier Cru “L’Equilibre” Sadi Malot: light gold in color, with a lively and persistent perlage. The clear and decisive aromas recall shades of white fruit, golden apple, and pear, along with sweet floral notes. Hints of bread crust and white bread crumb. Soft on the palate, with buttery sensations and great freshness.
  • Classic Panettone Damerino by Pasticceria Filippi. The Classic Panettone Damerino is the most traditional of Filippi’s panettones, made special by the natural sweetness of honey, selected raisins, and the fresh citrus notes of Calabrian orange peel, naturally candied.
  • Dark Chocolate Nocciolone Nougat by Torroneria Piemontese Barbero, representing the excellence of Piedmontese chocolate. The nougats, made with Piedmont IGP hazelnuts and artisanal craftsmanship, remain the strong point of this historic nougat factory.
  • Trio of dried fruit filled with walnuts and almonds in a wooden box by Dolci Pensieri di Calabria: an excellence in the production and artisanal processing of figs and dried fruits in the Cosenza area, Calabria, especially when filled with nuts.
  • “Gran Cru” hazelnut nougat in a metal tin by Torroneria Piemontese Barbero. The crispiness of Piedmontese nougat meets the quality of Piedmont IGP hazelnuts, acacia honey from Masio (AL), and muscovado sugar. Made with passion, this crispy nougat is a masterpiece of craftsmanship, creating a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Each 100g bar is packaged in an elegant tin.
  • Mini Grappa of Vernaccia from Sardinia by Distilleria Silvio Carta. Made from the pomace of the queen of Sinis, the Vernaccia grape, it is a surprisingly smooth and delicate grappa, ideal for drinking after a meal or as a treat at the end of the day.
  • Traditional Sicilian Cubaita with almonds by Torronificio Siciliano Nitro in Caltanissetta. Sicilian crispy almond nougat, with the intense flavor of freshly toasted Tuono almonds from Sicily and caramel. A simple yet unique-tasting dessert, essential for any special occasion.
