Straw yellow colour, the scent of Mediterranean herbs and fresh flowers with more mature notes of honey, all wrapped up in hints of fresh fruit and tropical notes. The flavour is fresh, lingering and light with a tangy salinity.
Pairing: Fish dishes, white meats and vegetarian dishes.
