Cravot aged cheese with linden flowers from Caseificio La Bottera is a cheese made from goat’s milk, covered with linden flowers, and aged in crutin (tuff cellars). A cheese rich in aromas and flavors, it has a brown rind typical of natural aging in the cellar.
The extra fig jam that accompanies the cheese is produced by the Sibilla farm, located in Norcia, inside the Sibillini Mountains National Park, and exclusively cultivates organic products. The company is connected to the Slow Food Val Nerina movement.

Even in the mini Panettone from Antica Pasticceria Muzzi, they have been using sourdough for over 80 years. Made according to tradition, the panettone is crafted over about 50 hours, giving us a soft cake where the aroma of butter blends with that of candied citrus peels, along with hints of baking.
