Straw yellow in color, predominantly fruity bouquet with tropical notes of peach and apricot, and floral with fresh daisy aromas. Fresh, lively, and harmonious on the palate. A wine of great finesse. Vegan and biodynamic wine, suitable for aging for over 10 years. Ideal consumption period from 2021 to 2026. It can be paired with dishes based on asparagus, onion soup, fried or grilled fish, snails, or served on its own as an aperitif.
