It is an organic red wine made only with Nerello Mascalese grapes.
Soil type: clayey soils.
Vinification: fermentation in red with controlled temperature maceration for about 6 days. Aging in steel.
Tasting notes: bright red color, with hints of fresh fruit and spices. Harmonious and well-rounded in the mouth, beautiful acidity and full structure that ends in a nice finish.
